• Start a Conversation: Drop us a line via eamil or WhatsApp. Tell us about your plans and what you need. We'll explain more about our packages and the process and guide your through the pricing structure. 
• Purchase a Package: Think about what size (small, standard, large) you would like to design and make sure you know the approximate size of your property. Think about the style you would like. These items will help determine which package is best for you.
• Create a Profile: Once your purchase is complete, we will ask you to fill out a short checklist that will help us undersand what your requirements are. We ask you to upload photos of your property, measurements and any particular requirements you have. We can provide instructions on how to take measurements of your space.
• Meet Your Designer:  We  will match you with your designer who will be overseeing your project. Depending on your package we will schedule your 1:1 consult. Conduct a call with your designer to walk them through your priorities and show them around your space. Your landscape designer will ask about you, your home, your personal style, the use of your indoor and outdoor spaces, and what you want to achieve with your project
• The Design: Your designer will confirm details such as measurements and your bespoke requirements for your project and then get to work on designing the outdoor space of your dreams. Your designer will advise you on they different syles of gardens that they feel fits your dream space (modern, formal, cottage, urban, etc). This step typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on size and individual priorities.
• Design Delivered: Once you've reviewed your plans you have 30 days to submit any revisions. Once the final version is agreed, we will send you the approprtiate design package. Then, it's time to start thinking about completing the installation of your dream space, connecting with your contractor and ordering any plants or materials that are required.

To keep things simple, pricing is based on the size of your space:

• Small Space — up to 40 m²
• Standard Space — up to 100 m² 
• Large Space — up to 200 m²

Yes, we can assist with sourcing plants to complete your final design, subject to seasonal availability, plant suitability, and your location. We carefully consider the conditions of your outdoor space to help ensure the selected plants complement your design and thrive in their environment.

We are also currently developing a dedicated plant and bulb delivery service to complement our design packages, making the process of bringing your garden vision to life even more seamless. Further details about this service will be announced as soon as everything has been finalised.

We are building our contractor network in various locations. If you are looking for a builder to help implement your design contact us and we will endeavour to assist. 

If you have plans that can give us precise measurements of your site then there is no need for you to povide measurements of your space. If you have no site plans, we can give you detailed instructions on the measurement process.

We are pimarily an online company based in Ireland, we deliver worldwide and have an international clientele. 

The timeline for installation varies depending on the scope of the project, but we will provide a detailed timeline before beginning any work.

At DesignMyOutdoors.com, we aim to run our business as sustainably as possible. We source locally grown plants wherever possible, and all our paper and packaging is biodegradable or reusable. When the use of plastic or non-recyclable materials is unavoidable, we keep it to an absolute minimum. We are continuously working to improve our practices as we move towards becoming a fully sustainable business.
